All material on this website, the artwork (visual or audio) and text, is copyrighted information and is protected by law. The individual artists retain the copyrights for the artwork they have produced. The website of Bye Bye Blue Art Studio and Gallery is strictly the means to showcase the artist's work and cannot be held responsible for the artist's work. 

Bye Bye Blue Art Studio and Gallery retains the right to change the material found on this website at any time and without notice. Please visit the site often, especially if you have booked a class with us, to make sure you are aware of any changes made to the schedule or website.

Please read the description for EACH class offered on our website so as to check the age requirements. Some of the classes will not allow for small children to attend depending on the art materials being used. If your child attends a class for which he or she does not meet the age requirements, you will be asked to transfer to a class that is more appropriate for the child. Most likely you will have to transfer to a class that will be held at a later date, so we encourage all to read the age requirements carefully. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy:  Bye Bye Blue Art Studio and Gallery has made it possible for its customers to book art classes on this website. The full amount of the class fee is due upon reservation. In order to give you a full refund, we require a 48 hour cancellation notice prior to the date of the class you will be missing. If we have to cancel our class for any reason, you, as our customer, will receive a full refund. Please contact us at byebyebluegallery@gmail.com for cancellations 48 hours in advance.

As winter strikes, please call us if the weather is unsafe for travel on the day of your class at 330.690.6725. We will be more than happy to plan a make-up lesson in order to keep our clients safe. Also, please make sure that you provide your phone number or email address in the box for additional information at the time of reserving your class. We may need to contact you if we have to cancel a class due to inclement weather. Thank you.

Children and Families:  This website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. Bye Bye Blue Art Studio and Gallery will not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If you become aware that someone under the age of 13 has submitted personal information to this website, please notify us at byebyebluegallery@gmail.com so that we can delete that information as quickly as possible. 

We will be providing art and photography classes for children, but we require that no one under 18 use the class reservation online system. Parents, please book these classes for your children. Anyone under the age of 13 needs to be accompanied by an adult that agrees to stay on the premises for the duration of the class. However, as was stated above, please check the description of each class as some classes might require the age limit to be higher depending on the art materials being used.

By booking a class with our gallery, you, as the class attendee, accept that Bye Bye Blue Art Studio and Gallery, LLC  will not be held responsible for any injury occurring as a result of attending a class with Bye Bye Blue Art Studio and Gallery. Thank you!
